What happens next
Having looked at a number of counsellors’ profiles you contact those that you feel you can work with.
We then agree our first meeting which usually lasts about an hour. If we can work together we agree how many sessions you might need which is reviewed regularly. There is no time limit to the times we meet but there is usually a maximum of two years.
